At M.J. Bale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and swing tags remain attached to the products.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office or collection point.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
